Housing Assistance for Police Officers

Another option for police officers is the Good Neighbor Next Door Program offered through HUD. A police officer can purchase a HUD home for 50% of the purchase price as long as its located within a revitalization zone and occupy the property for at least 3 years. If you qualify for FHA financing, you can move into your new home with only a $100 down payment and finance your closing costs. This is an incredible deal!
