Today I visited Peachtree Malone lofts. This community is located ITP (inside the perimeter) near 285 and Peachtree Industrial. There is currently an awesome 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit available for rent. Its got great concrete floors and exposed ductwork that everybody loves in lofts. It also has an additional room that can be used as a den, office or really, really, really small bedroom. The community has covered parking and is within walking distance of the MARTA station. The monthly rent is $1,095.
