Mosaic At Vinings

Deal of the Day!
Its certainly a buyer's market. Yesterday's post was about Twelve Centennial Park. That's an awesome deal but this one may be a little better.

Mosaic at Vinings is offering 100% financing with no closing costs, no HOA fees for one year, and no mortgage payment for 6 months. They have eliminated the cost to move into a home and you aren't responsible for any payments for the first 6 months. That's both mortgage and HOA payments. At month 7, you start paying the mortgage but still are not responsible for HOA fees until after the first year.

Mosaic at Vinings is a luxury townhome community located on Spring Rd near Atlanta Road in Smryna. All units have 3 bedrooms and feature granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 2 car garages, and brick exteriors. Most homes start in the $270s but there are a few remaining homes at original pricing at $249,900. These lower priced homes, however, are not eligible for the incentives mentioned above.

Click here to send me an email if you'd like more information on this community or other incentives offered in the area.

Attn Management:

I’ve called the warranty number twelve times and have sent three faxes regarding several issues that I have encountered since moving in two months ago. On the last attempts, I called the warranty on Monday and sent a follow-up fax on Wednesday regarding the issues that are indicated below. On Friday at 1:00 pm I received a voice message from Otis informing me that he is at the office and that he will be available for the next hour to address any issues that I may have, after that he will have to go to his fulltime job. I called the office where he said he would be as well as leaving another message on the warranty number’s voicemail about an hour after he called; I have yet to get a call back or response.

First and foremost, everyone involve are aware that I am only in town Thursday night to Monday morning. To call me on a Friday afternoon trying to do a quick fixed because of the need to go to another job I think is completely unacceptable. I don’t want a rush bang up job done on something I’ve paid several hundreds of thousands for. Secondly, I have been sending the same fax and leaving the same messages for two months, these issues should have been address. During my walk through prior to closing on my house, I identified wide gaps in both of the french doors leading to the balcony. I was assured by Otis that this would be fixed on the following week. Since then, I have sent several faxes and left several messages on the warranty number regarding this issue. It still hasn’t been address. The problem is that roaches and other bugs are coming into the house through these gaps.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. I am not, however, associated with the management of this property. You'll need to direct your concerns to the warranty department or the on-site sales agents.
